Managing Director
Sara Robinson
Sara founded HOST Management in 2010, providing management services and strategic solutions to associations and events. Throughout her career, Sara has worked closely with countless organizations as a consultant and/or to manage operations. Sara has also been invited to participate in a leadership role for several projects, including international events such as the IAAF World Juniors and the FIFA Women's World Cup. With a passion for helping Associations become more efficient and successful, Sara introduced the concept of an AMC (Association Management Company) in New Brunswick. Sara and her team now play a key role in helping associations with strategic planning and implementing good governance. Sara also sits as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Moncton Hospital and is a member of the Wallace McCain Institute Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.
Director of Meetings
Sandra Daudlin
Sandra’s 30-year meetings management career spans the globe, during which she has planned meetings and exhibitions throughout North America, Europe and Asia. She considers herself extremely fortunate to have traveled the world and feels privileged to have created beautiful meeting experiences. Sandra has been a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) for the past 20+ years and possesses a broad understanding of global business and cultural relationship development, meetings, and exhibition management. Having worked for nearly 20 years in Destination marketing and 8 years for a medical non-profit association, Sandra joined the HOST Family in 2018, bringing with her extensive experience in professional planning. Sandra is an active member of the Atlantic Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and, proudly occupies a Board of Directors seat representing the meetings/event industry in Atlantic Canada. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton. In 2006, she was honoured with the “Successful Meetings’ North American Convention Services Manager of the Year Award. Sandra and her husband live in Riverview where they enjoy celebrating with family and friends, cooking and hosting dinner parties, gardening, listening to Joni Mitchell and lots of rock n roll. In addition to Sandra's Meeting Professional Certification, she also holds certifications in Pandemic On-Site Protocol, Healthcare Meeting Compliance, and is a Sustainability Event Professional.
Director of Operations
Charline Eichler
Charline joined the HOST Management team in 2020 as Association Manager and began her current role as Director of Operations in 2022. She is responsible for the operations of our Association clients by monitoring the day-to-day of the associations, ensuring progress while focusing on improving efficiency. She has over 17 years’ experience in administrative roles, including 10 years in management roles. Her experience in organizing events and activities for different sectors stems from working with professional offices, the insurance industry, and property management companies. Graduating from the SEP program in Spring 2024 from the Wallace McCain Institute, Charline continues to pursue professional and personal growth with her WMI group. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, giving back to her community, singing, and experiencing the outdoors.
Programs & Digital Manager
Talia Briggs
Talia joined HOST Management as a Summer Student in 2019. In 2020, upon graduating in with distinction from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology, Talia returned to the HOST family. In her previous role as Manager of Virtual Events, Talia was instrumental in HOST’s expansion to offer virtual solutions in 2020. As our event app and platform expert and she is highly skilled at creating engaging and interactive online experiences, customized to meet each event’s specific needs. Recently she has expanded these skills into her role as Program and Digital Manager, and also spends time in the role of Efficiency Manager. Talia enjoys finding solutions for the team to continue working effectively and at a quick-pace. Talia holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, a Project Management Professional certificate and a Triple Crown award from Toastmasters International. In her spare time, she enjoys connecting with family, friends and spending time outdoors working in her garden and on her Christmas Tree Farm.
Project & Event Manager
Kaitlin MacDonald
Joining the HOST family in 2021, Kaitlin brings to the table a marketing and trade show management background, having worked on projects from a local, strives to achieve high-quality and international perspective. As Project and Event Manager at HOST Management, Kaitlin strives for action-oriented, high-quality work while maintaining seamless client liaisons. Action oriented with an eye for detail and design, Kaitlin’s dependable nature allows her to naturally lead projects from strategy to execution in an efficient manner. With a keen interest in the event industry, Kaitlin is working towards gaining her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Outside of work, you will find Kaitlin with her son, James and dog Ruby, visiting with friends and family. Born and raised in Miramichi, NB, Kaitlin loves the peacefulness of the water and enjoys the beautiful view of the Miramichi River, as often as she can.
Association Manager
Jocelyn Fisher
Jocelyn graduated from Mount Allison University with a degree in music performance and brings to HOST 18 years of administrative, event management & hospitality experience. For 16 years, Jocelyn was the Creative Arts Director before transitioning into the role of Director of Guest Experience for two years at Hillside Church in Moncton, NB. She served as the on-site event manager for many events and conferences including the Global Leadership Summit and the Teen Challenge Annual Fund-raining Gala. Jocelyn loves to exceed people's expectations and offers the very best in Maritime hospitality to our clients! Jocelyn is an avid runner, and she and her husband have two grown sons who reside in Ottawa, ON.
Finance Manager
Karen Gill
With a diverse academic background and over 14 years of combined professional experience in legal practice, accounting, and management, Karen brings a unique blend of expertise to organizational leadership and strategic decision-making. Originally from Uruguay, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master's degree in Notary and Registry Law (Montevideo-Uruguay), providing a strong foundation in legal theory and practice. Karen founded her own successful legal firm, where for 8 years, she specialized in providing comprehensive legal services and strategic counsel to clients across various sectors. Upon relocating to Canada, Karen expanded her skill set by completing an Accounting and Payroll program at New Brunswick Community College and National Payroll Institute, complementing her legal and accounting background with practical knowledge in financial management and compliance. Joining Host Management in 2022, she quickly demonstrated her ability to adapt and contribute effectively, which led to progressively responsible roles culminating in a management position. In her current capacity, Karen leverages her dual expertise in law and accounting to drive operational excellence and financial management. Her multicultural experience and proficiency in navigating regulatory landscapes in different countries enable her to contribute effectively to organizational success in diverse environments. Beyond her professional achievements, she is committed to continuous learning and innovation, staying head-on of evolving legal and financial landscapes to deliver value-driven solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, gardening, and painting.
Marketing Coordinator
Lucia Miranda
Lucia is a graduate of the Business Administration Marketing program at NBCC Moncton. She has a background in Commercial Engineering from “Bolivian Catholic University San Pablo” (Cochabamba, Bolivia), and experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns. She is goal-orientated and passionate about learning and developing new skills. She takes challenges as opportunities to grow. Lucia volunteers for the Canadian Cancer Society as the Logistics Director for the “Run for the Cure” in Moncton. And in her spare time, she likes to go workout at the gym, go for a walk, and be with her family.
Association Manager
Dominique Bourque
With her passion for all things branding, marketing, public speaking, and communications, Dominique attended Université de Moncton for a degree in Communications (majoring in public relations) and a minor in Marketing. Throughout her career, Dominique has gained diverse work experiences, showcasing her adaptability and passion for learning. She began her professional journey in medical equipment sales, where she developed her strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of the healthcare industry. Driven by her thirst for knowledge, she then ventured into the legal field, further honoring her communications skills and analytical thinking. Eager to explore new avenues, she transitioned into the realm of sports marketing, leveraging her creativity and strategic mindset to promote athletic events and engage audiences. When she is not immersed in her work, Dominique finds joy in maintaining an active lifestyle. She dedicates her free time to working out and trying out new recipes in order to appreciate their mental and physical benefits.

Nathalie Monteiro
With a rich background spanning financial management and legal expertise, Nathalie brings a wealth of experience to the table. She is a graduate from NBCC with a Business Administration - Accounting diploma and a payroll course from the National Payroll Institute. Nathalie's legal expertise, backed by a bachelor's degree in law from Brazil's Camillo Filho Institute, spans over twelve years in roles ranging from legal assistant, lawyer, and Office Manager at the Attorney General's Office. Nathalie thrives on tackling new challenges. She is dedicated to her professional and personal development. Beyond her career pursuits, Nathalie finds true joy in motherhood, cherishing moments with her husband and daughter. She looks forward to her regular video calls with family in Brazil, she enjoys gatherings with friends. listening to music, and exploring new places and cultures.
