EVENT MANAGEMENT

We offer consulting or management for any type of Corporate event. Companies do not always have the manpower or expertise to manage an event that represents your company or association with the excellence and professionalism it deserves! HOST Management staff will see your event through from the planning to the execution stages. Leave your Corporate event to us to make sure that no details are overlooked and to ensure success! We'll do the work, you take the credit!

Events can include trade shows, galas, meetings, conferences, conventions, concerts, fundraisers, auctions, sporting events, workshops, expositions, seminars, etc. At HOST Management, each event is a custom project and will receive our dedicated attention and specialized service!

ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

We recognize the need for professional, reliable, and quality service for members, delegates, service providers, or anyone else who deals with your association. By leaving the administration of your association in our capable hands, we assure you timely and quality service. Our flexible and adaptable service allows us to meet your expectations and requirements in any aspect of the management of your Association. Our goal is to assist and facilitate your Boards and Committees in administrative tasks so that they can focus on the goals and objectives of your organization. Our role is than to help those goals become reality. Supported by HOST admin and event staff, your association will reap great rewards from the experience and expertise of HOST Management!

Association Management services can include, but are not limited to:

All General Association Administrative tasks. This includes customer relations, clerical services, reporting, meeting minutes, maintain databases, communication, documentation, financial reports, managing email, etc.
Member services. This includes tasks such as responding to members inquiries, processing new applications, membership renewal processes, following up with arrears or when required, work with review committee, etc.
Support the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Tasks can include arranging for meetings and conference calls, administrative duties, documentation and distribution, assist where needed, etc.
Financial services. Tasks can include maintenance, process, and preparation of all financial transactions, including revenue, expenses and budget.
Communication. This will include things such as website maintenance, electronic distribution of all member materials, assisting with Board communications.
Events, seminars. This will include duties such as preparing and distributing event materials, registering delegates, financial duties relating to event including preparing the budget, participating in venue selection, accreditation, prepare event outlines and scripts, arrange for logistical needs, arrange for F&B, AGM, preparation of Annual Report, etc.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Everyone has a project that comes up once in a while, outside of your regular routine, which they are just not equipped to handle. You may find it helpful to seek out the assistance of HOST Management!

Projects can include tasks such as coordination, planning, reporting, administration, research, small events, data entry, etc.
